Crown Estate have sold our river bed

Hi we are a marina of houseboats on the Thames and have been here 35 years. We have just discovered from the Land Registry that the Crown sold the river bed underneath us for £1/2 Million to the Port of London Authority (PLA) in January 2009. They did not tell us let alone consult!

Do you know if there is any mechanism to require consultation before sale and any way to undo the sale? The PLA are currently engaged in registering the land to themselves.
