[b]HOUSING BENEFIT ADVICE SURGERY FOR TENANTS[/b]

The Crown Estate are providing free and confidential Housing Benefit Advice. This advice is being offered by a local Housing Benefit's Officer.

Dates as follows:

For residents in Tower Hamlets - Tuesday 6 October from 9 am to 1 pm
For residents in Hackney - Thursday 8 October 2009 from 9 am to 1 pm
Both sessions are being held at the Crown Offices in Gore Road. Covering items such as:
Help with filling in forms
Wanting to know what the procedure for obataining Housing Benefit is
How Housing Benefit is calculated
Change of circumstances and how it affects your claim
What to do if you feel your claim has been wrongly assessed
Any other Housing Benefit related queries.

The sessions are 30 minutes slots - first-come first-served basis
