The perfect lodger

Can anyone help? My sister in law requires accommodation just for 4 nights each week when she travels to London to manage a local restaurant on its busiest days. She arrives on Thurs. pm and leaves Monday am. She will be at the restaurant virtually all of the time. All she requires is a bedroom and clean shower facilities. She is an immaculate person!
