House/Flat sitting/rent for 1 month

Hi,
We live on the Crown Estate (St. Agnes Close) and having some works done on our house. We would like to move out while these take place and looking for house or flat, ideally on the estate to stay. This could be a house/flat sitting (can look after cat) or short let for reasonable fee. It will be for 2 to 4 weeks at the most during Feb/Mar (final dates to be confirmed).
